2020 Innovation Group Limited

The 2020 Group was set up by three of the best-known consultants to the profession: Ian Fletcher, Chris Frederiksen and Gordon Gilchrist to address the needs of successful go ahead firms of accountants. The 2020 Group has several divisions:

BBS Computing Ltd.

Established in December 1994, our company provides advice, consultancy and training to accountancy firms in relations to computers, final accounts, taxation and other specialist software, and has customers, throughout the country. We have clients throughout the UK and Eire.

We also do consultancy work for specialist software houses, beta testing, design and feedback etc.

Run by accountants for accountants and other professionals, the products are in daily use in our practice. The Managing Director, Kevin Salter FCA ATII, is a qualified chartered accountant, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation . He is a partner in a practice in the West Country, Glover Stanbury & Co, and has worked in the IT field for many years, assisting in the development of many of the software products featured here. He was elected onto the ICAEW Information Technology Faculty Committee in June 1997.

He was appointed IT director of 2020 Innovation Group Ltd in 1999. This company provides "value-added" services to the Accountancy profession. Fellow directors include Chris Fredericksen, Gordon Gilchrist and Ian Fletcher, all well known to the accountancy profession.

The company, BBS Computing Ltd. was featured in a full page article in Accountancy magazine in January 1996, on WestCountry television news in March 1996, and again in Accountancy in August 1997 and August 1998. A feature also appeared in the Summer 2003 issue of Best Practice, an Accountancy Age supplement.

Smartline International Ltd is a well established & experienced family business providing web and software solutions. Starting in 1995, we have embarked on many projects, big and small. We began our adventure in Southwest of England and now located in Cheltenham.

We specialise in Web design, eCommerce solutions, troubleshooting, database design and software design. We also offer high quality Artwork design for both the web and printing. Other services are available to provide a turnkey solution for SME's businesses such as web hosting, business documents and much more.
